Hello darkness here we are again,
sitting together under candlelight
casting shadow’s in the night.
Such loneliness you display,
yet all the shadow’s come to play.
The candlelight is so polite,
he never speaks above his silence,
the dinner looks inviting too.
Until it comes out in the light of the moon,
it has rotted and turns to ashes on my tongue.
Oh darkness you leave in such a hurry,
I had nothing to say.
Your winds blow a kiss,
my cheek played witness to its bitter
lashes leaving me blushing.
Darkness has a bitter cold embrace,
leaves you feeling naked and afraid.
Oh darkness my bruting lover
you can’t leave me like this.
As the sun rises over the horizon
the air worms with its heated rays.
I am alone again.
