My Job Is To Never Give Up

Fuzzy thought’s settle down
setting on the pathways
of communication between neurons,
leaving my mind sluggish and heavy.

Pain pricks my skin daily,
and nightly too.
Some moment’s are worse
than others.

Chronic pain reminds me
of my past movements
and job.
Reminds me of my struggling
and my strife.

Never is life too heavy nor too short,
I never give up.

My job is to fight for stability
and my life.
My strife makes me stronger every moment I live my life.
