Inner Peace

Having dystonia has taught me humility and respect. It taught me that life is not easy and the more you fight against it the harder it gets. If you fight with it you get headway and your journey becomes less bumpy. The truth is you quit looking at the ground and start noticing there’s so much more to life than just your feet. You start climbing a hill but you never noticed because you have a sense of inner peace.

The journey is not just about the path, it also involves sensory, animals, and people. Treat them with respect because you never know when you’re going to need them.
