War And Corruption

What if I wanted to break
throw it all in you’re face.

Walk away in disgrace,
leaving you wondering
this darkened landscape.

Slowly we all will fade,
becoming what we fear.
Take notice of the time,
know your crimes.
We all will have justification,
for our sins.

Drowning in the deep,
waiting in the dark,
soon the trumpets will sound.
Deafening roar turns to silence.

Freedom is our library,
but it comes with a price.
Soon war will rain down
upon our footfalls,
leaving us in the dust.

By the time we realize,
we’re all be smears
scrapped across
this barren landscape.

Live to be free!
Don’t be a slave to the media,
and their lies of corruption.
