I Waited For The Train

I waited for the train,
to take me from
this lonesome place.

The clouds began rolling
into the deep,
pushing,
clouding my vision.

The train roared into position,
as I shook off my emotions.
Leaving them there at the station,
my luggage lost its wait,
my life began to lighten it’s heavy
grip.
I became lighter and free,
as I boarded the train.
